IUST Recruitment 2024: The Islamic University of Science and Technology, Awantipora invites online applications from Graduates in Engineering & Technology / General streams from various recognized Universities/institutions within India for the engagement of Apprentices/Interns. Interested and eligible candidates have to enroll themselves through the official website of the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) i.e, http://portal.mhrdnats.gov.in, and also through the IUST portal at https://recruitment.iust.ac.in/.
The shortlisting of the candidate shall be done based on the merit in their qualifying degree wherever required. The selection process of the Technical and the Administrative Apprentices / Interns will be based on the merit of their qualifying degree and the Interview in the ratio of 85: 15 (merit of qualifying degree / Interview performance). Preference will be given to the applicant who will have a computer knowledge like (MS-office etc.).

iii) Last Date of submission of online applications on NATS PORTAL — 30/04/2024

1) Technical Apprentice / Intern: 19 Posts
– Disciplines: Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Engineering Wing (Civil), Mechanical Engineering, Architecture Dept., Food Technology, Directorate of Information Technology and Support Services (DIT&SS), Design & Innovation Centre DIC and Library.
– Qualification: B-Tech in the relevant field.
2) Administrative Apprentice / Intern: 87 Posts
– Disciplines: All the Administrative Offices / Departments/ Day Care Centre etc.
– Qualification: B. A / B.Sc. / B. Com/ BBA/ BCA/ B.Sc. I.T (Any Graduate other than B-Tech) (OR) M. A / M.Sc. / M. Com/ MBA/MCA/M.Sc. I.T

Stipend:
Technical Intern: Rs. 12,000/month shall be paid to the Technical intern.
Administrative Intern: Rs 10,000/month shall be paid to the Administrative intern
How to Apply for IUST Apprentices Recruitment 2024:
– Interested and eligible candidates have to enroll themselves through the official website of the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) i.e, http://portal.mhrdnats.gov.in.
– After successful registration on the NATS portal, candidates are advised to click on the given link at https://recruitment.iust.ac.in/ for the registration process on the University portal.
– After completing both the registration process, candidates are advised to take a printout of the application form and submit the same in the office of the Dean Outreach along with the application form of NATS and fee receipt of Rs 200/-.
