Pay Scale / Salary

For Sr. Asst. Engineer (E-I Grade) posts, the selected candidates will be inducted in the pay scales as specified in the notification. For instance:

• Sr. Asst. Engineer (Electronics): Basic pay ranging from Rs. 30,000/- up to Rs. 1,20,000/- (with additional allowances as per company rules).
• Similar pay scales apply for the Mechanical and Electrical posts with the applicable grade-wise salary structure.

Educational Qualifications

Experience

For Sr. Asst. Engineer posts, candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of service if applying from the armed forces (i.e., must be in the rank of Jr. Commissioned Officer from the Army, Navy, or Air Force). Additionally, for Project Engineer-I posts, a minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience is required. Note that only post-qualification experience is considered, and experience during academic training will not be accepted.
