Selection Process for NALCO Non-Executive Recruitment 2026
The selection process for the recruitment will include the following stages:

Salary Details
- TO Grade Pay Scale: Rs. 29,500 – 3% – 70,000/-
- SO Grade Pay Scale: Rs. 36,500 – 3% – 1,15,000/-
- SUPT(JOT) Training Stipend: Rs. 12,000/- per month during SUPT training and Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 15,500/- per month during JOT training
