Educational Qualification
- Deputy General Manager/Civil: Full-time graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from an AICTE-approved university. Preference for candidates with a full-time ME/M.Tech degree in Civil Engineering.
- Joint General Manager/Civil: Full-time graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from an AICTE-approved university. Preference for candidates with a full-time ME/M.Tech degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience
- Deputy General Manager: Minimum 9 years of post-qualification experience.
- Joint General Manager: Minimum 13 years of post-qualification experience.
Age Limit
- Deputy General Manager: 41 years
- Joint General Manager: 45 years
