Selection Process of SSC Stenographer Recruitment 2026
The selection process consists of the following stages:
- Computer Based Examination (CBT)
- Skill Test in Stenography

Salary Details
- Stenographer Grade C: Pay Level 6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400)
- Stenographer Grade D: Pay Level 4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100)
Additional allowances such as DA, HRA and TA are provided as per government rules.
