Eligibility Criteria of Young Professional-I Vacancies
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in any of the following disciplines:
- Agronomy
- Entomology
- Plant Pathology
- Soil Science
- Statistics
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Specialization in Natural Farming
- Experience in empirical data collection and sampling techniques
- Knowledge of statistical tools/packages for data analysis
- Computer knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and related software
Job Description
Selected candidates will be required to perform the following duties:
- Resource characterization of beneficiary farmers
- Survey of farmers’ fields
- Conduct training on Natural Farming
- Implementation of research experiments at farmers’ fields
- Data recording and tabulation
- Soil and plant analysis (N, P, K, microbial biomass and quality parameters)
- Statistical analysis and compilation of data
