Eligibility Criteria of POSHAN Srinagar Vacancies
For Anganwadi Workers (Sanginis)
- Female candidate must be a domicile of the UT of J&K.
- Age should be between 18 and 37 years as on 01-01-2026.
- Candidate must belong to the electoral ward where the Anganwadi Centre is located.
- Minimum qualification: 10+2.
- In case of tie in merit, older in age will be preferred.
- If married, address should fall within the concerned ward.
For Anganwadi Helpers (Sahayikas)
- Female domicile of J&K.
- Age between 18 and 37 years as on 01-01-2026.
- Must belong to the electoral ward where the AWC is situated.
- Minimum qualification: 8th class.
- Widow or divorcee candidates will be given preference.
