The pay structure includes Basic Pay, IDA, HRA, Allowances, EPF, Gratuity, and Performance-Related Pay as per NSIC norms. The salary structure for selected candidates will be as per the IDA 2017 pay matrix, including basic pay, allowances, and perks.
