Eligibility Criteria of Business Analyst Vacancies
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech or equivalent qualification. Qualification may be relaxed in case of exceptional candidates
Required Experience:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Software Development or Product Delivery Team/Operations
- Experience in enterprise-wide systems integration or implementation projects
- Working knowledge of backend architecture, trends and emerging technologies
- Knowledge of Application Performance Tools such as Kibana, Skywalker etc. is preferable
- Knowledge of MS-Office, PHP/Python/Java/C#, Mysql/PostGrace/Oracle, JIRA etc.
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
Age Limit:
- Maximum age limit is 55 years as on closing date of application.
Salary Details:
- Selected candidates will receive 10–15% hike or up to maximum ₹10,00,000 per year, whichever is lower.
Duration:
- Initially for 1 year.
- Extendable based on project requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Onboarding Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with departments to onboard services on API Setu platform
- Coordinate with officials and vendors for API integration and publishing
- Prepare Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and API documentation
- Participate in testing, staging, and production deployment
Monitoring Responsibilities:
- Monitor API performance, uptime, latency, and service delivery
- Coordinate with audit partners to resolve testing bugs
- Prepare regular progress reports and identify issues
Support Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with central and state agencies integrated with API Setu
- Resolve operational issues after service delivery
- Ensure smooth functioning of services
Reporting Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports and presentations on project progress
- Support audits related to SLA, security, and performance
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality deliverables
