MOIL Limited Recruitment 2026: Graduate Trainee, Management Trainee and Manager (Survey) Posts

MOIL has announced 67 vacancies for Graduate Trainee, Management Trainee and Manager Survey posts with online applications open from 30 December 2025 to 20 January 2026.

MOIL Limited has issued Advertisement No. GT/MT-MGR/12/2025 inviting online applications for various Graduate Trainee, Management Trainee and Manager (Survey) posts. MOIL is a Government of India PSU under the Ministry of Steel and is the largest producer of Manganese ore in the country.

There are a total of 67 vacancies across multiple engineering, geology, systems, marketing, personnel and survey disciplines. Candidates must apply online only. The online registration opens on 30 December 2025 and closes on 20 January 2026.

The recruitment will include a Computer Based Online Test followed by a Personal Interview. Final selection will be based on combined marks of both stages.

Minimum qualifying marks are 60 percent for UR, OBC, EWS and PwBD categories and 55 percent for SC and ST where applicable.

Age Limit


As on 20 January 2026: Graduate Trainee and Management Trainee: up to 30 years. Manager (Survey): up to 35 years. Relaxations apply for OBC, SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-servicemen and departmental candidates as per rules.

Selection Process


Computer Based Online Test of 90 minutes with objective questions. Two segments: General Knowledge, Reasoning and English (30 marks) and Subject Knowledge (55 marks). Qualifying marks: UR/EWS 50 percent per segment and SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD 40 percent per segment. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview of 15 marks in a 1:6 ratio. Final merit will be based on CBT and Interview combined.

Salary and Pay Scale


Graduate Trainee and Management Trainee: Rs 40,000 – 1,40,000 during training (E-01), then Rs 50,000 – 1,60,000 (E-02) on confirmation. Manager (Survey): Rs 50,000 – 1,60,000 (E-02). Allowances and benefits apply as per company rules.
