Eligibility Criteria
Domicile
Candidate must be a domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and possess a valid domicile certificate as on the cut-off date.
Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any stream from a recognized university
- Minimum marks:
– 50% for Open Merit
– 45% for Reserved Categories - Candidates with Post-Graduation (50% marks) or PhD are also eligible

Selection Process
- Objective Type Written/OMR Examination
- Questions will be in English language only
- Negative marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer
- Final merit will be prepared solely on written examination marks
