ISRO URSC 2025 Notification Out for Junior Research Fellow and Research Associate Posts
The U R Rao Satellite Centre (URSC) of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has issued an official notification inviting applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Research Associate-I (RA-I). A total of 22 vacancies have been announced under the ISRO URSC Recruitment 2025 notification.
As per the notification issued by ISRO URSC, the upper age limit for the Junior Research Fellow post is 28 years and 35 years for the Research Associate-I post. The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of ₹ 37,000 for JRFs (can increase to ₹42,000) and ₹ 58,000 for RA-I. The final selection will be based on interview performance.

Educational Qualifications:
For Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc (Engg.) in relevant fields with at least 60% marks or CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale.
Must have qualified in CSIR-UGC-NET (including Lectureship), GATE, or national-level exam conducted by central government institutions.
For Research Associate-I (RA-I): Ph.D. in the relevant field,
OR
M.E./M.Tech with 3 years of research experience and at least one research paper in an SCI journal.
Age Limit:
For JRF: Maximum 28 years as on 20 April 2025 (relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years).
For RA-I: Maximum 35 years as on 20 April 2025 (as per govt rules).
How to Apply:
