BEML Limited has released the official notification on 20 August 2025 announcing a major hiring drive across multiple categories. A total of 682 vacancies are available for Security and Fire Guards, Staff Nurse, Pharmacists, Non-Executives, Temporary Employees, Management Trainees, and Senior Management positions. The registration process will be conducted online through the official career portal of BEML at www.bemlindia.in starting from 25 August 2025.
According to the notification, candidates must fulfill educational and age criteria based on the post applied for. The selection process will include written exams, skill tests, interviews, or physical tests, depending on the category. The organization offers attractive salary packages ranging from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 2,60,000 per month along with allowances and career benefits.

Eligibility Criteria:
For eligibility, ITI with NAC is required for Non-Executive and technical positions, Diploma in Engineering for temporary contractual roles, Nursing or Pharmacy graduation for healthcare posts, and Engineering degrees for Management Trainees. Senior Management positions require higher qualifications such as MBA, CA, M.Tech, or Postgraduate degrees. Age limits range from 18 years to 55 years depending on the post, with relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.
How to Apply:
Candidates must apply online through the official BEML portal. They should complete the application form, upload necessary documents, and pay the fee before the deadline.
The application fee is Rs. 500 for General and OBC candidates. SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
Selection Process:
The selection process will differ by post. Security and Fire Guards will undergo physical and written tests. Staff Nurse and Pharmacists will be selected through written tests and document verification. Non-Executive ITI and Diploma holders will appear for trade or skill tests. Management Trainees will face written or computer-based exams followed by interviews. Senior Management posts will be filled through interviews and group discussions.
The salary structure varies across categories. Security and Fire Guards will receive around Rs. 22,000 to Rs. 25,000. Staff Nurse and Pharmacists will be paid as per pay matrix between Rs. 29,200 and Rs. 62,000. Non-Executive employees will earn Rs. 23,000 to Rs. 27,000, and temporary employees Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 24,000. Management Trainees will be offered Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000 after absorption. Senior Management positions carry pay scales up to Rs. 2,60,000.
