The salary details for Project Engineer-I are as follows:

• 1st Year: ₹40,000 per month
• 2nd Year: ₹45,000 per month
• 3rd Year: ₹50,000 per month
• 4th Year: ₹55,000 per month
• Additional Benefits:
  • ₹12,000 per year towards insurance premiums, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear charges, etc.
  • Retention Bonus of ₹25,000 per year, payable after 4 years (total ₹1,00,000).

Eligibility Criteria for BEL Recruitment 2025

Educational Qualification

• Project Engineer-I:
  • BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Telecommunication, Communication, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification industry experience.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for applicants is 32 years as of 01.12.2024.

• Relaxations:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • PwBD: 10 years (in addition to category-specific relaxations).

Selection Process for BEL Recruitment 2025

The selection process includes:

1. Written Test: Accounts for 85% of the total selection score.
2. Interview: Accounts for 15% of the total selection score.
   • Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview in a 1:5 ratio based on their written test performance.
