Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Company under the Ministry of Defence, is inviting applications for the positions of Project Engineer-I and Trainee Engineer-I on a temporary basis for its Software SBU (Centre of Excellence for Artificial Intelligence and Software Development Centre) located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. There are 40 vacancies available for these positions.
As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2024, the selected candidates will be engaged initially for a tenure of 2-3 years, extendable based on project requirements and performance. The monthly consolidated salary ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹40,000, depending on the post.

Educational Qualification

Selection Process of BEL Recruitment 2024
The selection process is given as follows:
Project Engineer-I
- Written Test: Conducted for 85 marks.
- Interview: Conducted for 15 marks for shortlisted candidates (1:5 ratio based on written test performance).
Trainee Engineer-I
- Written Test: Conducted for 100 marks. Candidates will be selected category-wise and discipline-wise.
Final results for both positions will be published on the BEL website.
Application Fee
The application fee is listed below
- Project Engineer-I: ₹400 + 18% GST.
- Trainee Engineer-I: ₹150 + 18% GST.
- SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from the application fee.
- Fee payment is to be made through SBI Collect.
