The Educational qualification and Age Limit is given as follows:

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:

1. M.Tech/M.E. in RF & Microwave Engineering, Microwave Engineering, or a related field, along with a B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent, with a minimum of 60% marks (or 6.5 CGPA/10) throughout academics.
2. A valid GATE score is preferred.
3. PhD candidates who have submitted their thesis can also apply.

OR

1. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent with minimum 60% marks (or 6.5 CGPA/10) and a valid GATE score in Electronics & Communication (EC).
2. Expertise or experience in RF & Microwave Engineering or related fields is required.

Desired Qualification

• Basic knowledge of Engineering Electromagnetics and RF & Microwave Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of Coding/Programming (C, Python, MATLAB).

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 28 years (as of March 23, 2025).
• Age Relaxation: Up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Women/Physically Disabled candidates.
