Educational Qualification

1. Executive Trainee (HR):
   • MBA (HR) or Postgraduate Degree/Diploma (2 years full-time) in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Human Resource Management.
   • Minimum marks:
     • UR/OBC/EWS: 65%
     • SC/ST/PwD: 60%
2. Executive Trainee (CSR):
   • Postgraduate Degree/Diploma (2 years full-time) in Rural Management.
   • Minimum marks:
     • UR/OBC/EWS: 65%
     • SC/ST/PwD: 60%
3. Executive Trainee (PR):
   • Postgraduate Degree/Diploma (2 years full-time) in Communication/Advertising/Public Relations/Mass Communication/Journalism.
   • Minimum marks:
     • UR/OBC/EWS: 65%
     • SC/ST/PwD: 60%

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 29 years (as of 9th February 2025)
• Age relaxations:
  • OBC (NCL): 3 years
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • PwBD: Up to 15 years (depending on the category)

Selection Process

1. UGC NET-June 2024:
   • Candidates must appear for the following UGC NET-June 2024 papers:
     • HR: Paper Code 55 (Labour Welfare/Human Resource Management)
     • CSR: Paper Code 10 (Social Work)
     • PR: Paper Code 63 (Mass Communication & Journalism)
   • Qualifying marks:
     • UR: 40% aggregate (both papers combined)
     • Reserved categories: 35% aggregate
2. Document Verification (DV):
   • Shortlisted candidates (1:3 ratio) will be called for DV.
