• Consultant (Administration):
  • Retired government employees with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Should have 10 years of experience in administration or establishment.
• Consultant (Legal):
  • Retired government employees with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline recognized by UGC.
  • Should have served at Pay Level-7 (pre-revised Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-) or above.
  • Must have 10 years of experience in legal matters, including CAT-related cases.
  • Must be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India with 2 years of experience.

Desirable Qualifications

• For Consultant (Admin):
  • Knowledge of computer applications and the ability to work independently.
• For Consultant (Legal):
  • Expertise in Civil/Service/Labor Arbitration cases and drafting of agreements/MOUs.

Age Limit

• The candidate’s age should not exceed 68 years as of the date of the walk-in interview.

Tenure and Remuneration

• The engagement will be contractual, initially for one year, with the possibility of extension up to five years or until the age of 70 years, whichever is earlier.
