Educational Qualification:
1. Post Name: Junior Manager (Mechanical)
• Essential: First Class Degree in Mechanical/Production/Automobile/Mechatronics Engineering or allied fields.
Certified course (minimum 3 months) in AutoCAD/Unigraphics/3D modeling from recognized institutes like IDEMI, CITD, IGTR, etc.
• Desirable: 1-year experience in machine tool design, test rig design, machine automation, or gearbox design.
2. Post Name: Junior Manager (Electronics)
• Essential: First Class Degree in Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electronics & Communication Engineering or allied fields.
• Desirable: 1-year experience in PLC programming, PCB design, electronic module implementation, or Pspice software.
Knowledge of machine maintenance is an added advantage.
Selection Process:
• Written Test or Interview or Both: Candidates will first be shortlisted through a written test.
• Trade Test: Qualifying in nature, following the written test.
The selection process may be modified as per management discretion.
Application Fee: ₹ 300/- for General/ OBC candidates (paid through SBI Collect).
Exempted for SC/ ST/ PwD/ EWS/ Female candidates.
