Age Limit
Candidates must fulfill the following age criteria:

Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) OR Full-time MBA from a recognized B-School with specialization in Legal and Regulatory matters
Preference will be given to candidates having:
- LLM Degree
- Company Secretary (CS) qualification with LLB
Experience Requirement
Candidates must have:
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Legal, Corporate Governance, and Compliance matters.
- Experience in listed companies or reputed legal firms.
- Knowledge of Indian Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and Corporate Laws.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Senior Officer or Middle Managerial position.
Preference will be given to candidates having Government or PSU work experience.
Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive the following salary package:
