Educational Qualification & Experience
1. Procurement Expert Consultant
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Supply Chain / Public Procurement / Project Management / MBA or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum 7–10 years experience in institutional or government procurement
- Experience in tendering, audits, contract negotiation and compliance
Desirable:
- Experience with GEM Portal
- Knowledge of CPPP
- Experience in World Bank / ADB procurement procedures
2. Hospital Quality Management Senior Consultant
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration / Public Health / MBA (Health Management)
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years experience in hospital quality management
- Experience in NABH / JCI accreditation process
Desirable:
- Experience in facility audits
- SOP development
- Institutional accreditation processes
