Selection Process of RITES Recruitment 2026
The selection process will consist of the following stages:
- Written Test
The written test will have 125 objective type questions. Each question carries one mark. The duration of the test will be 2.5 hours. There will be no negative marking. - Document Verification
Candidates shortlisted after the written test will be called for verification of documents. - Interview
Final selection will be based on performance in the written test and interview.

- Interview: 40%

Selected candidates will receive salary and benefits as per company rules.
