Educational Qualification:
Telecom Stream:
- Bachelor of Engineering or B.Tech degree (full-time regular) with minimum 60% marks in:

Finance Stream:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
OR - Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)

Selection Process of BSNL SET Recruitment 2026
The selection process includes the following stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT) with objective type questions
- Document Verification of shortlisted candidates
The CBT will consist of two parts including Aptitude and Technical sections.
Salary Details
Selected candidates will be recruited in the IDA Pay Scale [E-3] of:
₹24,900 – ₹50,500
- During one-year training period, candidates will receive stipend.
- After successful training, candidates will be designated as Senior Executive.
- After three years of service, candidates may become eligible for promotion to Assistant General Manager as per rules.
