Eligibility Criteria for NAM Recruitment 2026
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 21 and 60 years as on the date of application.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Senior Programme Manager: PG Diploma / MBA with minimum 15 years experience in government sector
- Domain Expert – Public Health: BAMS / BHMS or equivalent with Master’s in Public Health and 5 years experience
- Senior Consultant: Bachelor’s degree in Ayush stream with 7 years experience
- Junior Consultant: Bachelor’s degree in Ayush stream with 5 years experience
- Finance Manager: MBA Finance / M.Com / CA / ICWA with 5 years experience
- Accounts Manager: MBA Finance / M.Com / CA / ICWA (Inter) with 3 years experience
- Data Assistant: MBA IT / MCA / M.Sc IT / BCA with 3 years experience

Selection Process
Selection will be carried out by a Selection Committee headed by an officer of Joint Secretary rank. The committee will include at least three members, including an external expert.
