- Subject of Nepal, OR
- Person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries with intention of permanent settlement in India (Eligibility certificate required except for Gorkha subjects of Nepal)

Indian Army JAG Selection Process 2026
The selection process consists of multiple stages:
