Eligibility Criteria of Project Associate-I Vacancy
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, M.Tech in CSE or an equivalent qualification.
The candidate should have at least two years of research experience in the broader domain of Artificial Intelligence.
Desirable Qualifications
Candidates having experience in deep learning and machine learning techniques will be preferred. Specialization in medical imaging and genomic data is desirable. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Tensor Flow and PyTorch is required. Prior publications in reputed journals or conferences and good presentation and communication skills are also desirable.
Emoluments
Candidates selected through CSIR-UGC NET, GATE or national-level examinations conducted by central government agencies will receive Rs. 27,000 per month plus HRA.
Candidates not covered under the above category will receive Rs. 25,000 per month plus HRA.
How to Apply
Candidates are required to apply online through the university website www.iust.ac.in from 20 January 2026. No other mode of application will be accepted.
After submitting the online application, candidates must submit the hard copy of the application form along with self-attested copies of all testimonials to the office of the Dean, School of Health Sciences, IUST.
Terms and Conditions
The selected candidate will be appointed on a contract basis for one year. No hostel or housing facility will be provided. No TA or DA will be paid for attending the interview.
Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on merit. The interview schedule will be communicated through email. The selection committee reserves the right to fix suitable criteria for shortlisting eligible candidates.
