Government of Jammu and Kashmir has invited applications from eligible women candidates for engagement of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) and Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) in Anganwadi Centres of Poshan Project Breng on honorarium basis.
The openings are notified through Advertisement Notice 05 of 2025 dated 27.12.2025. Applications will be accepted from 01.01.2026 to 15.01.2026. The engagement is strictly ward based.

In absence of a 10+2 pass candidate in the ward, a 10+2 pass candidate from the adjoining ward may be considered. Women in the age group and fulfilling domicile and residence rules will be considered first. Unmarried status certificate is required if the candidate is unmarried.

Affidavit before 1st Class Judicial Magistrate regarding qualification status (for AWHs)
Important Instructions
Selection will be ward based only.
Preference may be given to eligible candidates from families involved in construction of AWC buildings where applicable.
Candidates with qualification higher than graduation will not be considered for Sangini posts.
False information will lead to cancellation of candidature.
