Maximum age limit for Non-PSC candidates is 45 years as on the cut-off date.
Salary Details
For PSC (In-service) candidates, salary will be paid as per LPC.
For Non-PSC candidates, consolidated pay will be equal to the revised basic pay of Medical Officer as per SRO-193 dated 24-04-2018 plus DA and HRA. No other monetary benefits will be given.
Selection Process
Selection will be made as per the latest criteria and guidelines issued by the Administrative Department of Health and Medical Education, Jammu/Srinagar.
In case of a tie in the written test, priority will be given as follows:
- Higher marks in basic qualification
- If equal, higher qualification
- If still equal, older candidate (descending order of age)
Important Terms & Conditions
PSC candidates must have prior permission/NOC from the Administrative Department and will join only after being relieved.
Non-PSC candidates will be engaged on tenure basis.
Maximum age for eligibility is 45 years for Non-PSC candidates.
Applicants who have already completed, are doing, or have left Senior Residency/Demonstratorship/Registrarship midway need not apply.
An affidavit declaring the same must be submitted.
