Bharat Dynamics Limited has issued a notification inviting online applications for 80 Management Trainee posts across various engineering and management disciplines. The notification was released on 25 November 2025 and the online application window will remain open from 3 December to 29 December 2025 on the official BDL careers page.
According to the details given in the notice, the upper age limit varies by category. The selected candidates will receive a pay scale of Rs. 40000 to Rs. 140000 in Grade II. Vacancy Details:
This notification aims to fill 80 Management Trainee posts in different disciplines. The disciplines notified include Electronics with thirty two posts, Mechanical with twenty seven posts, Electrical with six posts, Computer Science with four posts, Metallurgy with one post, Chemical with one post, Civil with two posts, Finance with five posts and Human Resources with two posts.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates applying for the posts must meet the required educational qualifications. The engineering disciplines require a first class B.Tech or B.E degree in the relevant branch. The Finance discipline requires CA, ICWA or a first class MBA in Finance. The Human Resources discipline requires a first class MBA or postgraduate diploma in HR. The minimum marks required are sixty percent for UR, OBC and EWS categories and fifty five percent for SC and ST categories.
The age limit is twenty seven years for UR and EWS, thirty years for OBC (NCL) and thirty two years for SC and ST as on 25 November 2025. Age relaxation applies for PwBD, Ex-servicemen and J&K domicile candidates as mentioned in the notification.
How to Apply:
Applicants who meet the requirements can submit their application through the BDL online portal. They need to register, fill in the required details, upload documents and submit the form before the deadline.
Application Fee:
The application fee is five hundred rupees for UR, OBC and EWS categories. SC, ST, PwBD and Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
Selection Process:
The selection will be based on a computer based online test followed by an interview. The online test will include discipline specific questions and general aptitude questions. The test will have a total of one hundred fifty questions for one hundred fifty marks. The minimum qualifying marks are sixty percent for UR and EWS, and fifty percent for SC, ST, OBC and PwBD candidates. The final selection will consider the weightage of eighty five percent for the online test and fifteen percent for the interview.
