Hindustan Copper Limited has issued an official notice inviting applications from eligible Indian citizens for junior manager positions in various technical and administrative disciplines. A total of sixty-four posts are available and the online application process will remain open between 27 November 2025 and 17 December 2025.
As mentioned in the notification, the upper age limit for all the posts is forty years. Relaxations apply for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, PwBD and ex-servicemen categories as per government rules. The selected candidates will receive a basic salary starting at thirty thousand rupees under the pay scale of 30000–3%–120000. The selection will be done through a written examination followed by document verification.

Vacancy details:
A total of sixty-four junior manager posts are available. The posts are distributed across disciplines such as mining, geology, survey, environment, electrical, mechanical, civil, mineral processing, finance, HR, administration, law and materials and contracts.
Eligibility criteria:
Eligibility for the junior manager positions vary by discipline. For mining, the required qualification is a diploma with five years of experience and a valid foreman certificate or a degree in mining engineering with two years of experience along with mandatory mines manager or foreman certification. For geology, the eligibility is a diploma with five years of experience or a postgraduate degree in geology with two years of experience. For finance, the qualification is ICWA or CA Inter with three years of experience or MBA or PG diploma in finance with two years of experience. For HR, candidates must have a graduate degree with five years of experience or MBA or PG diploma in HR with two years of experience. All experience must be gained after acquiring the minimum educational qualification. The upper age limit for all posts is forty years with applicable relaxations.

Application fee:

The qualifying marks for the computer-based test are thirty percent for UR and OBC categories and twenty percent for SC, ST and PwBD candidates. Selected candidates must also sign a service bond of three lakh rupees for a minimum service period of three years.
