Islamic University of Science and Technology Awantipora has announced a temporary position of Research Assistant for a project in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. The project is related to biometric based QR code authentication for J and K domicile certification and is funded by J and K Science Technology and Innovation Council.
As per the notice, the position is temporary and co terminus with the project. Candidates must hold either a B Tech degree in ECE, CSE or IT with at least sixty percent marks or an M Tech degree in ECE, CSE or IT with at least fifty five percent marks. Applicants with specialization in web application development or database management will be preferred. The monthly emoluments are twenty thousand rupees, subject to release of funds. The duration is initially six months and may be extended based on performance and fund availability.
