The Election Commission of India (ECI) announced the schedule for biennial elections to the Council of States (Rajya Sabha) from the Union Territory of Jammu Kashmir.
The Commission will issue the notification on October 6, for four Rajya Sabha seats that have remained vacant since February 2021.
