Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying must be qualified Food Analysts by FSSAI as per Food Safety and Standards Rules 2011. Desirable qualification includes one year of experience as a Notified Food Analyst in a Government Organisation, Laboratory or Research Institute. Responsibilities include monitoring laboratory activities of PPP partner, analysis of food samples, handling of high end equipment, verifying results as per FSSRs, label verification, and data handling in FICS and INFOLNET portals. Candidates must be willing to stay nearby within 5 KM and work flexible hours including holidays. Maximum age allowed is 45 years.
