Eligibility Criteria:
The eligibility criteria specify that candidates must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the relevant field with minimum marks of 60 to 65 percent as per the discipline. Professional degrees are required for accounts, company secretary, law and HR posts. The age limit for Grade C is up to 37 years, Grade B up to 34 years, and Grade A up to 42 years for PwBD backlog. Relaxations are available as per government rules, with five years for SC and ST, three years for OBC, ten years for PwBD, and five years for ex-servicemen.

Selection Process:

For most Grade B and C positions, the selection will be based on a computer-based test carrying 100 marks and a personal interview carrying 15 marks. The final merit will be based on 85 percent marks from CBT and 15 percent from interview. For Confidential Secretary and Hindi Officer posts, the selection will be based on CBT and skill test. For Security Officer, the selection will be through direct personal interview.
The pay structure is as follows. For Grade C posts, the salary is 80,000 to 2,20,000 rupees with an annual CTC of around 15 lakh. For Grade B, the pay is 60,000 to 1,80,000 rupees with an annual CTC of around 12 lakh. For Grade A, the scale is 50,000 to 1,60,000 rupees with annual CTC around 9 lakh.
