Government Industrial Training Institute Ramban has released an advertisement notice inviting applications from domicile candidates of Jammu & Kashmir Union Territory for engagement as Guest Faculty for the academic session 2025-26. Candidates are required to apply on the prescribed format along with all necessary documents. The arrangement will be purely temporary, and applicants must submit their forms within seven days from the publication date of the notice.
As mentioned in the official notice, the engagement is for different trades including Computer Operator & Programming Assistant and Electrician under both normal and self-finance schemes. The remuneration for the appointed faculty will vary as per qualification, scheme, and trade. Selection will be based on qualification and experience, with 80 points allocated for qualification and 10 points each for higher qualification and experience on a pro-rata basis.
Interested candidates fulfilling the required criteria must submit their application form at ITI Ramban along with supporting documents such as qualification certificates, domicile, date of birth, and experience proof. The faculty will be hired on a temporary basis and can be disengaged anytime without any claim for permanent absorption.

Vacancy Details:
Government ITI Ramban has invited applications for the following trades.
1) Post Name: Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (Normal Scheme)
Remuneration: ₹750 per lecture subject to a maximum of ₹18,000 per month (Bachelor or above: ₹250/hr, Diploma: ₹200/hr, NTC/NAC: ₹150/hr).
2) Post Name: Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (Self Finance)
Remuneration: ₹7000 per month (only if admissions are above 80%)
3) Post Name: Electrician (Self Finance)
Remuneration: ₹7000 per month
Eligibility Criteria:
For Computer Operator & Programming Assistant, candidates should have B.Voc/Degree in Computer Science or IT with one year experience, or Post Graduation in Computer Science/IT or NIELIT B Level with one year experience, or Bachelor/PGDCA/NIELIT A Level with two years experience, or Diploma in Computer Science/IT with two years experience, or NTC/NAC in COPA with three years experience. For Electrician, candidates should hold B.Voc/Degree in Electrical Engineering with one year experience, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with two years experience, or NTC/NAC in Electrician trade with three years experience.

A passport-size photograph should also be attached.
Selection Process:
Selection will be made on the basis of a point system, where 80 points are allocated for qualification, 10 points for higher qualification, and 10 points for experience in the relevant field.
