Goa Shipyard Limited has released Advertisement No. 06/2025 inviting applications for Management Trainee posts. A total of 32 vacancies are announced in different disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Naval Architecture, Finance and Robotics.
As per the official notification, the upper age limit is 28 years for unreserved category, 31 years for OBC and 33 years for SC/ST candidates. Final year students are also eligible, provided they meet the required marks before joining. Selected candidates will receive a pay scale of 40,000 to 1,40,000 in E-1 Grade with benefits as per company rules.
Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply online through the official website of Goa Shipyard Limited from 25 August 2025 to 24 September 2025. The application fee is 500 for UR, OBC and EWS, while SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen and internal candidates are exempted.

Eligibility Criteria:
For eligibility, candidates applying for MT Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Naval Architecture and Robotics must have a full-time B.E. or B.Tech in relevant discipline with minimum 60 percent marks. For MT Finance, a graduate degree with CA or ICMA qualification is required. The maximum age limit is 28 years for unreserved, 31 years for OBC and 33 years for SC and ST. Age relaxation for PwBD and Ex-Servicemen is as per government norms.

Applicants have to submit their online applications through the official website www.goashipyard.in by following the application process and uploading the required documents. The application fee can be paid online through debit card, credit card or net banking.
The selection process will be based on a written test followed by an interview. The candidates will be assessed on the basis of their performance in both stages.
