Government Polytechnic College Ganderbal has issued an advertisement inviting applications for engagement as Guest Faculty for the upcoming academic session. The posts are offered purely on a temporary basis and cover multiple engineering disciplines.
As per the official notice, candidates possessing B.E/B.Tech or M.Tech in relevant engineering streams can apply. The engagement will be made for the semester starting in November–December 2025. The selected faculty will be entitled to a monthly remuneration as per rules.

Applications are invited for Guest Faculty posts in the following disciplines:
1) Guest Faculty (Civil Engineering)
– Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
2) Guest Faculty (Electrical Engineering)
– Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
3) Guest Faculty (Mechanical Engineering)
– Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
4) Guest Faculty (Computer Engineering)
– Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
5) Guest Faculty (Mathematics)
– Qualification: M.Sc in Mathematics from a recognized university/institution.
Eligibility Criteria:
For engineering faculty posts, the candidate must possess B.E/B.Tech in the respective branch from a recognized university with at least 55% marks. For Mathematics faculty, M.Sc in Mathematics with at least 55% marks is required. Preference will be given to candidates with higher qualifications such as M.Tech or Ph.D.
