Eligibility Criteria of HPCL Manager and Officer Posts: Candidates interested in applying can check the eligibility criteria, age limit, application fee, and other essential details below.
For Manager – Electrical: 4 years full-time BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) and minimum 9 years experience. Maximum age limit: 34 years.
For Senior Officer – Petrochemical Sales: 2-year full-time MBA with specialization in Marketing/Sales/Operations with 2 years relevant experience. Maximum age limit: 27 years.
For Chartered Accountants: CA qualification with minimum 2 years of experience. Maximum age: 27 years.
For Quality Control Officer: 2-year full-time MSc in Chemistry with minimum 3 years of experience. Maximum age: 30 years.
For Welfare Officer: Degree or Diploma in Social Science recognized by State Government with knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script. Maximum age: 30 years.
For Law Officer: 3-year full-time course in law after graduation or 5-year full-time course in law after 12th with minimum 1-year post-qualification experience. Maximum age: 30 years.

Application Fee:
The application fee is Rs. 1180/- (fee of Rs. 1000 + GST@18%) for General, OBC-NC, and EWS category candidates. SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempted. The fee can be paid online via debit/credit card or net banking.
Selection Process for HPCL 2025:
The selection of candidates will be on the basis of a Computer-Based Test, Group Task, and Personal Interview. For Law Officer posts, the selection process will also include a Moot Court (Judgement Writing & Trial Proceedings). Only candidates who meet eligibility criteria will be considered for selection.
