NTPC Limited has released the official advertisement for eligible candidates to apply for various posts including Assistant Engineer, Assistant Chemist, and Assistant Manager roles. According to the NTPC notification Advt. No. 11/25, the maximum age limit for these positions ranges between 35 and 40 years, depending on the post. Selected candidates will receive pay ranging from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,80,000 per month depending on the grade. The selection will be based on eligibility criteria and may include screening or written tests followed by an interview.

Educational Qualifications:
For Assistant Engineer (Operation), candidates must have a degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
For Assistant Chemist, a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from a recognized Indian university/institute is required.
For Assistant Manager (Mechanical/Electrical), a B.E/B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline is mandatory.
Experience Requirement:
Assistant Engineer requires a minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience in power plants.
Assistant Chemist must have 1-year experience in water treatment, analysis, and power plant chemistry.
Assistant Manager posts require at least 5 years of relevant work experience in projects or plants of 200 MW capacity or more, with at least 3 years in executive roles.
Age Limit:
The maximum age for Assistant Engineer and Chemist is 35 years.
The upper age limit for Assistant Manager roles is 40 years.
