Eligibility Criteria of CSIR-IIIM Posts:
Educational Qualifications:
For all Junior Secretariat Assistant posts, candidates must have passed 10+2/XII or equivalent from a recognized board with proficiency in computer typing and basic computer knowledge.
For Junior Stenographer, candidates must have passed 10+2/XII or equivalent and should possess the required stenography skills as per DoPT standards.
Age Limit:
Junior Secretariat Assistant: Not exceeding 28 years
Junior Stenographer: Not exceeding 27 years
Other Requirements:
Typing speed for JSA posts is 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi.
For Stenographers, the shorthand test will be conducted as per the recruitment rules of CSIR.

Selection Process:
Selection will be done on the basis of written examination followed by a skill test (typing or stenography). The written paper will include Mental Ability, General Awareness, English Language, and Comprehension. Qualifying skill tests will be mandatory but will not carry marks.
