Educational Qualifications
For both posts, the candidate must be an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Desirable qualification includes a degree in Law.
Experience
Manager Gr.I requires 2 years of post-qualification executive experience, while Senior Manager requires 9 years of post-qualification executive experience in the relevant field.
Age Limit
The upper age limit for Manager Gr.I is 32 years and for Senior Manager is 38 years. Age relaxations are applicable as per government norms.
