Government Medical College Srinagar has issued Advertisement Notification No: 17 Of EC Of 2025 for engaging eligible candidates from the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Applications are invited online for the positions of Medical Officer, Nurse, and Counsellor at the Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF), Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences Kashmir (Psychiatry), under a scheme coordinated by NDDTC, AIIMS New Delhi.
The appointments will be made purely on a contract basis initially for a period of one year or till the scheme continues, whichever is earlier. The selected candidates will work under the approval of MOSJE, Government of India, with consolidated monthly emoluments as per post. Educational Qualifications:
Medical Officer: MBBS from a recognized Institution with Medical Council Registration.
Nurse: GNM/B.Sc Nursing from a recognized Institution.

Medical Officer – Not more than 65 years
Nurse & Counsellor – Not more than 45 years
