The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, has released an official notification for the Technical Internship Programme 2025. This initiative aims to provide engineering graduates and postgraduates an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real-world technology environments.
As per the notification, a total of 50 internship slots are available across roles such as Software Development, UI/UX Design, AI/ML, Data Analytics, and more. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹20,000 for a fixed duration of six months. Interns will be required to attend the internship physically at NeGD’s office and adhere to the standard working hours.

The last date for applying for the Technical Internship Programme – 2025 is 15th June 2025 i.e., Sunday.. Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications: Applicants must be engineering graduates or postgraduates with a minimum of 75% marks in the qualifying degree. Only those who passed in 2024, 2025, or are final-year students passing in 2026 are eligible.
Other Requirements: Preference will be given to candidates from top 100 NIRF-ranked colleges and those with relevant certifications.
