Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence, has released a notification for the recruitment of Senior Engineer posts on a fixed tenure basis. The recruitment is for the Naval Systems (S&CS) SBU at Kochi and is valid for an initial period of 5 years, extendable up to 7 years based on project progress and performance.
Eligible candidates holding a degree or postgraduate degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Science Engineering disciplines with relevant industry experience can apply. The application must be submitted offline in the prescribed format by 16 June 2025.

– Maximum: 35 years

Application Fee: The application fee is given as follows:

– Based on written test marks, candidates will be shortlisted for an Interview (1:7 ratio category-wise)

Pay Scale:
– ₹50,000 – 1,60,000 (E-III Grade)
