Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:
– Engineer (Chemical): B.E./B.Tech in Chemical or related fields with 1–5 years experience in Fertilizer, Refinery, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or CBG plants
– Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Civil): Degree in respective branch with 1–5 years post-qualification experience in construction projects
– Safety Officer: B.E./B.Tech in Fire & Safety Engineering with 1–5 years experience in Fertilizer, Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or project sites in these sectors
– Resident Construction Manager: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 5, 8, or 10 years experience at construction sites
Age Limit (as on 01 May 2025):
– Engineers and Safety Officer: Max 35 years (born between 01.05.1990 and 30.04.2007)
– RCM: Max 45 years (born between 01.05.1980 and 30.04.2007)

Selection Process:

Remuneration Structure (Monthly Consolidated Pay):
– Engineer / Safety Officer (1 year exp): ₹31,930 – ₹37,000
– Engineer / Safety Officer (5 years exp): ₹35,940 – ₹41,660
– RCM (5 to 10 years exp): ₹43,000 – ₹57,830
– Higher pay may be offered for experience beyond minimum required (3% annual increment)
Contract Term:
– 1 year or till project completion (whichever earlier)
– Extendable based on performance and project need
