The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS), under the Ministry of Defence, has released an official employment notice for the recruitment of Medical staff on a contractual basis at ECHS Polyclinic, Srinagar. The appointment will be initially up to 31 March 2026, extendable by one year or until the age limit is attained, based on performance and vacancy availability.

Essential Qualification:
– MBBS
– Minimum 5 years of experience after internship
– Preferable additional qualification in Medicine/Surgery
– Merit in MBBS, PG or other additional qualifications
– Experience of more than 5 years preferred
Reservation: 60% for Ex-Servicemen and 40% for civilians
Nursing Assistant (General)
Essential Qualification:
– GNM Diploma/Class-I Nursing Assistant Course (Armed Forces)
– Minimum 5 years of experience required
Reservation: 70% for Ex-Servicemen and 30% for civilians
