IRCON International Limited, a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways, has released Advertisement No. 13/2025 inviting applications for the post of Assistant Manager in the Electrical discipline. The appointment will be made on a regular basis and candidates will be posted across projects in India or abroad as per company requirements.
A total of 7 vacancies are available for the post of Assistant Manager (Electrical) in the E-1 pay scale. Candidates with a full-time degree in Electrical Engineering and relevant experience in infrastructure or traction systems are eligible to apply. The selection process includes a written test and/or interview.

Educational Qualifications:
– Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with not less than 60% marks from a recognized institute/university approved by AICTE.
Experience (as on 01 May 2025):
– Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in construction, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning or O&M in Railways, Metro Rail, High-Speed Rail, Power Transmission/Distribution Utilities
– Preference: Experience in Traction Distribution (TRD)
Age Limit:
– Maximum age: 30 years as on 01 May 2025
– Relaxation: As per Govt. of India norms for SC/ST/OBC and IRCON employees
Medical Standards:
– Must be in sound health and free from color blindness

Selection Process:
Selection will be based on a written test and/or interview. If the number of applicants exceeds 100, shortlisting will be based on academic marks and additional years of relevant experience. A surety bond of ₹3,00,000 is required for a minimum service period of three years after appointment.
