SKUAST-K Invites Applications for Junior Research Fellow Post in Fisheries Project – Apply by 30 May

Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir invites applications for Junior Research Fellow in ANRF-sponsored fish reproduction project. Eligible candidates must apply by 30 May 2025.

Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K) has issued an official notification inviting applications for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF). The post is available under an Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) sponsored research project titled “Nanovaccine for improving reproductive performance in Oncorhynchus mykiss”.

As per the notification, the appointment is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of ₹37,000 plus HRA as per norms. Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Life Sciences or allied fields and should be NET/GATE qualified or hold a PhD in the relevant discipline.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must possess M.F.Sc, M.V.Sc, or M.Sc in Life Sciences. They should also be NET/GATE qualified or possess a PhD in the relevant field.
