Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must have a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the relevant subject from a recognized university. For Management Studies, a specialization in Human Resource is required. Additionally, candidates must have qualified NET/SLET/SET or possess a PhD as per UGC guidelines. Exemptions apply to PhD holders registered before July 11, 2009, under specified conditions.
Other Requirements:
PhD must be in regular mode with thesis evaluation, viva, and research publications. For candidates with foreign PhDs, the institution must rank among top 500 globally as per QS, THE, or ARWU rankings.
