WAPCOS Limited has released an official notification inviting applications for multiple expert positions on a fixed-term basis for the supervision and monitoring of Smart Metering and Feeder Segregation projects in Madhya Pradesh. The roles are offered on a project basis and are aimed at experienced professionals across different domains.
As per the notification, the posts include Project Manager, Environment Social Health & Safety Manager and Expert, Site Supervision Manager, and Site Supervision Engineer. Each position has distinct qualifications and experience requirements. The selection will be through interviews, and salary will be negotiated based on qualifications and experience.

Educational Qualifications:
Project Manager: Degree in Electrical Engineering or higher (Master/PhD) with minimum 10 years of experience in supervising distribution projects and international cooperation experience.
Environment Social Health & Safety Manager: Degree in Engineering/Master/PhD with 10+ years of experience in ESHS, ESIA, stakeholder engagement, and experience with international standards like WB ESF and KfW guidelines.
Site Supervision Manager: Bachelor’s in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in distribution system supervision.
Site Supervision Engineer: Degree in Engineering or equivalent with minimum 6 years of experience in power projects.
ESHS Manager and Expert for Smart Metering: Master’s degree with over 8 years of experience (manager) and 5 years (expert) in ESIA and ESHS, preferably with development banks like KfW, WB, ADB.
Age Limit:
Age and experience shall be counted as on 31 March 2025. Exact limit is not mentioned, but relevant experience will be considered.
Other Requirements:
Relevant certifications in the respective fields will be considered an added advantage. Candidates working in government departments or PSUs must apply through proper channel or provide NOC at the time of interview.
